• Yellow tom Tomato plant

Can anyone give us some advice as to why our tomato plant has went like this?

Everything else is doing well so a bit lost as we are new to growing fruit and veg.

  • Can I save my spider plant?

This is the second spider plant that is dying on me. The first one, I'd propagated with a cutting from my aunt. This one was bought from a nursery and repotted.

It's placed in a North facing balcony with ample sunlight, watered twice a week in a pleasantly cool climate (Bangalore, India)

    What am I doing wrong?

  • Help with Aglaonema Pictum

I had this AP for about a year. Then it started to slowly lose each of its leaves. Since then. I kept it in sun, basically in the same spot for the last few months. Watered it occasionally.. and then today I noticed two new areas of growth. What do you think happened? Why is it starting to regrow? What should I do to ensure it survives?

  • Amaryllis bulb question

Hey all- I know that this is a very simple bulb/plant, but I had a question.

At Christmas time we often get a few odds and ends for stocking stuffers/extra little things in case we over look anything.

A couple years ago I was going through and finishing up Christmas mess & happened to find a bulb in its box that had been there for multiple years now.

Said why not & thew it in some soil & it threw giant leaves out very quickly but no flower stem.

I read about chopping it & letting it winter for cold storage, so I did that this past fall.

This spring I pulled it out, repotted it and have thoroughly enjoyed watching it wake up.

It’s my first plant I’ve ever had go into a hard dormancy phase and then wake up.

It’s also my first “major” flowering plant. By that, I mean I mainly have a lot of succulents, a few Venus fly traps, and a couple different things (Ming Aurelius, fiddle leaf fig, and a white oak experiment).

I also have an orchid that I wanted to try to salvage from a discount bin who is bouncing back, but never flowered.

Anyway- this Amaryllis has had me patiently waiting for its arrival. Last night it changed so so much (it’s in my office at work).

When I left yesterday the 3 flower pods were much closer together & less vibrant. I rotate it, it gets indirect window light plus filtered plant grow light.

It looks fine, just curious if it was a reason or just it being cheeky.

    Thanks in advance all!

  • Newbie aloe father needing advice

I recently got this small aloe plant as a gift, I’m trying to get more into gardening and learn more as I go. I have been researching a bit about aloe Vera plants, but I’m still not exactly sure how I should go about watering and taking care of mine. I live in central Florida where it’s very hot and humid, especially right now during the summer months. Actually Florida is like this year round almost. Online it says to only water them every 1-2 weeks. But my plants soil seems dry all the way through already and is only been a few days since I’ve last watered it. It’s in a small plastic pot with drainage holes. Not sure what type of soil is in the pot though as it was a gift and I’m a novice. Any tips ? Does my plant look healthy?

  • The hubs and I can't remember what we planted.

We planted these a few years ago and then had a major depression episode. Yes I know I need to weed more.

  • What is this device called?

I was watching Cool Hand Luke, and I'm looking for the name of this type of manual device.
Bonus if you able to provide a link for me to purchase.
My backyard has a rock bed, and when I mowed my lawn with my gas powered lawn mower a rock ricochet and shattered my glass sliding doors. Naturally, I'd like to prevent this from happening again.
    Thanks in advance!
