Thinking of doing a complete Fall Reno this year. Which of these should i consider. The loam right? also how many inchs can i get away with? In SE Michigan Zone 5b. The grass there now is just a salad bar of different stuff. Green, sure and grows decent. But hate the multiple diff. looking types. Could i get away with 2-3 inchs deep?
