Unexpected snake plant prop success
Honestly I wasn’t even trying to propagate this snake plant, I just wanted a little decorative vase for the table. This is the result of leaving snake plant cuttings in my patron vase for 8 months (never changed the water once). They grew five babies!

Panicked Paver Patio
Tried my best, but just as I laid the final stone, rain poured down. Totally panicked I filled the edges with whatever I could find (in this case the torn up grass/sod mostly) to try and keep the sand from sweeping away… ik total diy hatchet job… but any advice on next steps once rain stops? Have not put poly in yet was going to wait 24 hours to dry and try to blow out the dried up mud in the cracks… feel free to roast me in comments I know its a rough job :(

growing tomatoes from tomatoes bought from the supermarket
i do this every year, take a few seeds out of the tomato, put it in some soil and let it grow. this year i have two ‘supermarket tomatoes’ and wondering if anyone else has done this before.
they always work and sometimes they come out looking different to the tomato i took them from but that’s alright, i love surprises

Help with small backyard
This is all the backyard we have and it’s gotten depressing to look at. Due to the layout it gets very little sunlight and the sides get hit pretty hard during rain by runoff. Is there any suggestions on what I could possible plant or add in to give it a little life?
