• Edging around river rock

Hey everybody. Recently re did the beds around deck and patio and laid down river rock. Was hoping the natural edge would do but due to our lack of real grass it's not as clean as I was envisioning. I've
Looked into aluminum edging but was hoping for something more cost effective. Any ideas?

  • Is my alocasia zebrina flowering??

Just repotted this beast and it got cold outside for a couple nights before I brought it back in.. I thought this was a stunted leaf growth because of the stress, but now I'm not sure.

  • I keep trying but my mom's Gardenia keeps getting worse and worse

As per title, tried changing the soil, position, and fertilizer but to no avail.
Currently at half-light (early morning and evening) and watered when it starts to dry (about every two days).

  • What’s the best method for weed control in a mini bog?

I lost half of my sarracenia after last years crazy freezes and even a snow here. Now I get weeds like crazy. Sea oats and crab grass seem to be the worst with their deep roots. I covered the top with long leaf spaghnum, but was curious if the only control is pulling and trimming or what am I missing besides denser plants? I ordered another two tall varieties for the center and trying to fill out the sides with rugelii and allata (I think it’s the only one to survive the cold, not sure the variety tho).

  • What's going on here?

Hi there! First time caller, long time listener.

My neighbour recently installed some new sod and over the last two weeks, the edge of my lawn appears to be drying out. Is this a watering issue (ie. new sod is monopolizing the water on the edges)? I've been watering by hand every day but to no avail.

Two seem to be doing ok, one looks disheveled. Gets watered every day since getting it last weekend. Gets lots of light. Any ideas on the best course of action? Thanks

  • My dwarf Musa had root rot, I bought it on sale at the supermarket

How Long will it take to recover I clipped off the rotted roots and switched its dirt,
What can I do to help it without stressing it out too much more or is it long gone?
The roots I left looked very healthy though there wasn't too many left
Watering- I've been keeping the soil damp ish And it seems to drain well now
I put it in the kitchen to get more direct light from the window

  • Peace Lily Yellowing Leaves

My pride and joy peace lily has been starting to have yellowing leaves after a repot (one month ago) and a recent Captain Jack fruit fly attack (week and a half ago). Lost approx 10 total, half baby small, and now 3 bigger leaves are yellowing.

He has one new flower, and another flower is coming in. Is he losing leaves because he’s focusing too much on the flowers? Should I snip it off to preserve my leaves?

Bottom water approx every 6days. East light.
