• My hosta just keeps growing

Does anyone know what kind of hosta this is? It’s crazy it went from nothing to this in about a month.

  • Ordering from Hudson Valley for 1st time, what else should I get?

Question in title. I’ve been ordering seeds from gurneys & wild boar farms for years as well as sometimes getting starts locally.

After seeing a post about Hudson valley I decided to give them a try!

If anybody has any experience with them I would love some recommendations! Thank you(:

  • Gifted this "bonsai" don't know how to care for it

I was gifted this bonsai in pretty rough shape. I pruned it back because it was quite overgrown when I received it. I'm debating if I want to keep it in this container. It seems inadequate to me. Please advise!

  • How do I fix this?

Do I just wait till fall and put sod or can I plug it? I put some weed and feed down and it made the existing grass green again which is nice. But to make it nice and full I don’t know where to start

  • Haul 2 with maybe 3 left. Super happy!

Central Texas/Hill Country. My Harvester tree is having an awesome year despite being 10+ years. Looks like I still have about 4 weeks of weekly harvest with an average of 10-12 lbs. Seasoned (bruised/imperfect lol) peaches will straight in cobbler and the rest will go into a batch of sorbet.

  • Do you think they’re healthy?

I got these for my kid over a year ago for her to take to school but she had no knowledge of how much watering they needed. When I got them back they were mostly dead, dry soil. It’s been a slow year but they filled out so well.

They do have browning at the edges which I don’t know why and I’m looking for their next home and soil. Would anyone recommend anything for me?

Previously used a carnivorous soil mix I got online that was expensive but worked. I’ve never mixed soil but happy to learn ratios and get it together so I can really make them thrive! Also, lighting? Cheers!
