Hours of pulling these up necessary? Hi everyone! I have a backyard which is half covered by wood chips. We’ve owned this house for 2.5 years and didn’t want to modify it much because it’s low maintenance compared to the other half, which is grass. However, the wood chips are covered by trees which hang over 2/3 of the area, and now we have hundreds of tiny saplings (?) that have sprouted. This happened last summer too, but far less in number. I tried pulling a lot of them when they were smaller, but to no avail. Do I need to spend hours pulling them or is there a better option (now for aesthetics and moving forward)? TIA! Why do my tomato leaves look like this? I fertilize every week or week and a half, I use fish fertilizer, and granulated around the base every like week and a half to two weeks.
