• Help!

Is this plant I am taking care of for someone, savable? Its been sitting in this jar of water on the kitchen counter in indirect natural light. The stem looks to be rotting? I just started taking care of these plants and want to save this one if possible!

  • White on my fittonia?

Hello! So, I got this new fittonia plant and it has this extension sticking out of it. I'm not really sure what this is, but I thought it was new growth and something that would bloom soon.

But, I keep having the white pieces fall out of it! It'll look like the one in the photo, but eventually just fall off and look dead. The rest of the plant is hydrated and looks great, so I'm not too sure what's going on here?

(In reference, the top of the soil is still moist so I haven't watered it yet, and it gets 12 hours of a LED plant light a day.)
