Should I mow my new sod yet?

I planned on waiting one month before walking on it or mowing but it has been two weeks as of yesterday and it’s getting quite long. Just curious what y’all’s thoughts are? Disregard the red circles items those are unrelated to this question. I’m in west Texas.

haworthia mother and daughter absolutely blasted by root rot. have i cut off enough?

i did a more conservative operation on them a couple of weeks ago but it was obvious that more stem had to go. i have cut the rotting parts away as cleanly as i could (ie not very) but i've got no idea if what i'm looking at is healthy tissue or not. would be grateful for any advice. i've had this plant since 2017 and it just said "succulent" on the label so i don't really know what it is

Top heavy baby needs to make room

Moss poles for the win! She falls over all the time because she is so top heavy, but can't bring myself to chop more. However we have a soon to be crawling baby in the house.

Best way to redirect rain water from going down my driveway and washing it out? Best rock to get hauled in for a steep down hill driveway? The fresh dirt on the right is where I just had my water meter installed for rural water TIA

    Width of bed

The previous owner had these bricks running parallel to the fence and just pounded into the dirt. I’m going to put them back in properly but change the orientation if I use the original line it will only leave about 20 inches for plants. How wide should I consider making this bed? Thanks for the help.

    Is my succulent okay?

    Hey all,

I’m terrible with plants but I’m trying this summer! I read that if your succulent was open, it needed more sunlight and would close up. I have no clue if that’s correct or not.

(I just repotted it so I think that’s why it’s red)

Should the leaves be open or closed?
Will it get enough sunlight through a window?
What kind of succulent is it?

Please let me know if you notice anything else or if you have any advice - I’m a real first timer here. TIA!
