  • What has eaten my marigold?

Went to bed last night and still had those two blooms attached. Now pretty much all the leaves have been eaten and the stems are damaged. I lost two other marigold to a similar situation. They all sit in full sun and I water them when the top is fully dry. Please help!!!!

  • New homeowner not sure what to do with a shady lawn in Georgia

I am a recent first time homeowner in Georgia. One of the main perks of the house is this large yard that is perfect for my dogs. However, I'm not sure what to do as it is heavily shaded and I'm not sure that growing grass back here is possible at all. As you can see it is very patchy, and what there is is mostly weeds, especially as you get further back. It's important for me to maintain as much space as possible for the dogs. Does anyone have any suggestions about what could be grown back here in the shade and also the heat of the south? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have only lived in apartments before this, so a complete novice at this. Thank you!

  • How to nuke lawn

My sister wants to get rid of this current grass and reseed to TTTF. I’m not too educated on lawn care because I just started getting into it. How should I go about this? Where do I start? She has dogs that use the backyard for playing and doing their needs. The lawn is filled with mostly weeds and she didn’t know if it was easier to just nuke it or to try to get rid of the current weeds and overseed it. Should I also level the lawn before or after reseeding? This lawn is located in Kokomo, Indiana

  • Should my fern look like this?

I recently purchased a crispy wave fern. The centre looks like this. Is it normal? or is it pests? or is something wrong? It seems otherwise healthy... no drooping or discoloration. one of the smallest older leaves has a brown tip though

  • Can I still save it?

I was overseas for awhile and did not water it regularly. Recently I noticed the stem had collapsed. Can I still save it? Or it's gone? :(

  • While getting my morning sun, I discovered one of my succulents is flowering!

My other two echeveria of the same kind are also very close to flowering. So pretty!

I do think some of them appear to be reaching though, so I need to move to a sunnier spot.
