• What is growing in the bottom of my terracotta pots?

This yellow-green fuzzy mold is growing on the bottom of my terracotta pots. It seems to have originated from the soil.

It’s almost the color of a tennis ball and it’s made up of little balls. There’s some dried parts that have turned a beige-gray color.

    What is it called?

  • Is this cucumber ready to be picked?

This is my first year with cucumbers in my garden, and it seems to have been a success. No idea when the ideal time to harvest them though. The color looks good, but I didn't know if I should wait till it's bigger.

  • What is this plant?

I bought this at a local vegetable stand, thinking it was a leek. I think it’s something else from the onion family, but it still looks like a leek to me. I’m confused because it has a bulb at the end (normally leeks don’t have this?). Please help!

  • Help with grading

I need some help. I had a grade the sides of my house that we bought recently. We got money off and I figured I would just do it myself. I’ve got most of it done except I’ve run into an issue with a culvert Doug. Functionally it works but practically it looks terrible and is a huge problem for when I try to cut the lawn. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do to fix this?

  • Please help ID this shrub

Does anyone here know what this shrub is? I have an empty bed nearby and was thinking of filling it with this same shrub.

I’m in central MS, if that helps.

    Thank you!
