• What is this on my orchids?

What are these sticky things on my orchid?

I’ve had this growing happily for about 2 years & only just had this in the last month or two - in a home with other plants growing happily like spider plant, fiddle fig and other succulents. Plenty of light on a west facing window - drainage is good. Watered frequently.

  • Gifted Big Dying Monstera

What’s the best way to save this plant. I know it’s needs repotting and more support but it doesn’t have one pretty, intact leaf that doesn’t have some dead/brown spots. My friend gifted it to me since she’s moving so I want to save it. Is there any way to save it with out chopping it up and propagating? TYIA

Also for watering she just gave me the plant 3 days ago she can’t remember the last time she watered it. Definitely needs to be repotted. Soil seems to be potting soil with extra perlite. Not sure where in her house it was but we live in Hawaii and it seems to have gotten lots of light.

  • What type of Aeonium?

I just purchased this as a No ID but I’m looking to see if anyone has a clue what this could possibly be. Any help is appreciated!

  • No questions, just happy with my lawn

In North Carolina, Greensboro area. Had a terrible grub infestation a couple years ago. Rented a tiller and ripped out the whole yard and reseeded. Finally pretty happy with it!!

  • Birds of Paradise SOS!

Is this stalk of my birds of paradise dead? I had 3 leaves on this rhizome snap in half over the past few days.
I’ve had this plant for ~1 year. A few months after getting him, I realized he had a serious mealy bug infestation. I made a diluted peroxide and water solution that I gently rubbed on the infected areas every few days. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the mealy bug infestation under control so I used a soil pesticide (brand: bonide). Once I saw the infestation clear up, I repotted the plant so it would be in fresh, healthy soil.
This plant is watered once a week and he was previously in a corner with indirect sunlight and a grow light. I’ve since moved him to directly in front of a south-facing window because he’s been looking sad.
I’ve noticed a few new stalks, but they’re stunted, and don’t open.
I spent a lot of money on this plant, and he’s big and beautiful when he’s healthy. I would love to rehab him, but I don’t know where to begin!

  • What should I do with this leaf?

My banana plant took a fall and the stem snapped now its leaf is drooping. Should I leave it? Cut it?

It’s about 75cm away from a north facing window. Across from a west facing window. I haven’t watered yet. I just brought it home.

It has little "hairs" all over the leaves like a strawberry plant
