This tree is bearing fruit, but I don't know what it is. Located in the Pacific Northwest, I moved in last winter and assumed the tree was dead, but it's very much alive and bearing fruit. Any reason not to do this filled with crushed marble along side my house? We have tons of marble chips and have decided to consolidate all of them to one side of our house. Wife and I like this look to contain them but I’m a little concerned about drainage as it’s the side of our house that tends to collect water.
