Why is my neighbors lawn better? We just moved into a new build house with new sod. Our neighbors used the same builder and same sod. I’ve been watering every other day while my neighbors have not watered at all. I just started to notice their lawn looks a lot greener and more lush than mine and I don’t know why. In the picture you cal see a clear line at our property line. I did put down milorganite fertilizer last week but I don’t see why that would cause an issue. Anyone have ideas? Laying Pavers - Need Tips I’m laying eco pavers for an alley driveway. I’ll be parking a 4 ton truck on it. My plan is to dig down about 12” (it’s all hard compacted clay, PNW if that matters), lay some geo-textile fabric, 4” of large gravel (3/4”-2”), screed, 2” of 1/4”-1.5” crush stone, compact, 1/4” stone for bedding, screed, pavers, sand.
