Grass yellowing

I've recently noticed that I have several spots in my lawn that are starting to yellow. What could be causing this? I'm in the PNW and water my lawn every 3-4 days. Is this normal or do I need to do something to prevent this?

Is this alive or dead? I’m serious

Sitting in a bright bathroom that gets a lot of indirect light, and watered when top soil is wet.

It has been looking droopy and rough for 3 weeks now, but I never owned this kind of plant so I have no idea.

Did my carrot just need more time or product of poor soil?

New kuroda variety planted in March. Zone 7. Heavy clay soil. seemed to grow pretty straight but just so tiny. should I wait longer or is this as good as theyll get? It's getting hot this week.
