• Help ID’ing this Monstrosity

This red leafed creation is taking over my garden. It seems to be spreading underground. I don’t think it’s poison oak, because it never turns green. *luckily I am immune so if it was, I wouldn’t find out the way most do. Thanks for any help. I am located in Central Texas.

  • Unknown plant (East Midlands, UK)

I found this growing out of a gap in the patio tiles, it’s about 1-1.5M tall, and the stem gets more woody as it gets closer to the ground.

  • Too far gone??

So I’m in the Texas panhandle. Recently moved into this house and the lawn wasn’t properly watered before we were able to move in. I’ve tried running sprinklers twice a day and it was just flooding the rest of the lawn. Tried spot watering and still nothing. It’s been two months. Should I just pull it up and throw seed down?

  • Need Aloe Advice

    Hi y’all!

I recently repotted this aloe which was struggling to a pot that was slightly smaller. The rootball is about the size of a ping pong ball and I let it dry out completely. I moved it to a window at my office that gets decent sunlight but it’s still so sad. Any advice on how to get this aloe plant thriving?

For watering, I have been soaking it in the sink every 2-3 weeks. There is drainage in this pot. This is based on some advice I received previously.

We live in coastal Oregon, right now it’s usually sunny and between 55-70 degrees

Thanks so much for any help!

  • How do I properly care for this!?

My lovely work colleagues gifted me this calathea, however I've already owned (and killed) calatheas.
What can I do to ensure I don't kill it this time? How much light do they like? I know they like distilled water but how do I go about obtaining this? I'm such a calathea noob, but I don't want to be ungrateful to my workmates and reject this plant.
