Is this Crape Myrtle Bark Scale? Sorry for the low quality image, I had to take this through a window since it's really hard to access normally. I moved into a house a couple of years ago that has a nice pink crape myrtle. It seems to bloom and look fine, but I noticed these white specks on the trunk of it. Should I be concerned about this? I joined the party Hey all- Recently got these two lil guys & I don’t want to kill them. I have read not to water them at the splitting stage, but would love more info.
