My graduation plants Hello! I received these two plants yesterday as a graduation present and could use help with the ID and care. Need help with my thimbleberry! I live in Eugene, Oregon, and planted this thimbleberry this spring. Although the newer leaves look okay, the older ones have this yellow streaking between the veins and they're crisping brown around the edges. What could be causing this? How can I fix it? I water it deeply around twice a week, have the soil around it covered with leaf mulch from my yard, and it gets dappled sunlight for parts of the day but is mostly in shade. Too much water or not enough? Still new to outdoor plants and had these salvias planted a few weeks ago. They get a lot of sun here in the Dallas area.
