  • What's this plant? It's at my friend's house, and he doesn't know either. Does it grow very tall?

  • Hoping this is an easy one

Got it on FB Marketplace as a bougainvillea. Wife says it’s not, with the confidence of an Angelena. (I’m from NYC, and I garden like it, so forgive my ignorance.)

Also, while you’re here, she looks ok?

  • Help! My ficus is losing leaves at an alarming rate. Too much light?

This ficus started losing leaves recently. At first it was just a leaf every few days but now I’m finding several (4-5) leaves fallen per day with many others turning yellow and easily plucked off.

At first I was worried that I was over watering (watering it about once every two weeks), so I haven’t watered it in about a month.

I’m wondering if this is too much direct light for a few hours. I typically have windows closed Tuesday through Thursday since I go to the office. Could that be the problem??

    Any advice is welcome!

  • Simple Lawn Solutions

I saw this at my local HD for 45 bucks. But I was unable to find it on the SLS website. Similar products seem to be the darker green which is .75-0-0 or the 6-0-0 lawn booster. The label on this one shows no nitrogen. Could this be a discontinued product? I'm interested if it would be a good product to use for the summer in 6B to help green up my lawn? My soil test showed a deficiency in iron. I do have an Ortho dial n spray.

  • Help with elongated succulent

I got this bad boy from the flea market, and it apppears to be elongated. I don’t know where to cut it back, and it appears more sunlight can’t probably help it. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

  • Privacy shrubs?

Hi! I have a fire pit area in my backyard which is pretty close to my neighbors. Could I plant something under the trees in the back to add a little more privacy?

  • What am I?

Central Colorado. Saw it in the nursery and had to get it because it's so pretty!

  • Will this become a flower?

I’ve had this elephant ear for a couple years so I know what the sprouting leaves look like but this looks completely different. If it is a flower, will it risk the overall health of the plant? Thanks in advance :)
