    Christmas Cactus thin growth

I’ve propagated these 2 stems from a Christmas Cactus in water more than 1 year ago and after some months of being in soil, they started growing new segments but very long and thin. I have broken them off a couple of times as they got extremely long and thin (more than double in length than what they are now) hoping they would start growing normally. Last week I’ve repotted them in this smaller nursery pot and noticed that the roots are very shallow. Now it’s growing a third segment which is something new. How do I get some normal growth on these?

    Fuzzy stuff in Zoysia lawn?

I’m in zone 7B. I have a zoysia yard. I noticed this stuff last year but I feel like it may be spreading. Or it’s at least more noticeable as I’m mowing much shorter this season. I’d best describe it as fuzzy, tough, and brownish/red. The grass is definitely thinner in these areas. They’re in patches of a few square feet and it is in a couple different places in the yard. Generally in the same quadrant of the yard however.

I’m wondering if anyone is able to identify this stuff and let me know how I can treat it.

Plant ideas for new mulch area

I decided to remove grass around line of low boulders and fill in area with mulch. Looking for recommendations for plants to put in red circled areas above, in line with the boulders. In northeast, preferably no higher then 18in or so. Thank you

I had to cut my pothos, do I cut back more?

One of my stems/leaves got destroyed and I had to do some surgery. Did I cut this right? Do I cut back more?

    One month in

We've had this for just under a month: two types of jalapeños, tomato's, banana peppers, mint, lettuce, and strawberries. I have no idea what I'm doing but it looks nice anyway.
