Is it normal for my Stapelia to branch out this much? I got it a few months ago, I think it's a Stapelia variegata but please correct me if I'm wrong. It was crammed in one of those minuscule plastic pots so my mother (the chief gardener of our family) repotted it in this brand new blue pot. It grew nicely since then, as far as my knowledge of succulents goes, but since a few weeks I noticed a lot of new branches starting to sprout out and now I'm worried it might get too heavy or snap into pieces and fall apart. I made a mistake I planted my squash like this with the intention of moving them to the garden bed but I honestly just forgot. They are now this big and some are staring to devolve flower buds. Is my money tree dying? I haven't visited my dad in some time, but when I came home, I saw this leaf turning yellow. This tree has never had any issues and is healthy most of the time. It gets decent sun right next to the window, and I try not to overwater or underwater it. You can see a little paper plate under the pot, just to keep the water in. There are some rocks at the bottom as well to help with drainage. I'm not quite sure if it's normal for such big leaves to turn yellow like this. Maybe a new pot size? Pruning? Predatory mites! Hi everyone! I unfortunately just found out I have thrips! 😭😭 I’d really like to avoid using systemics to deal with them. I’ve heard great things about predatory mites and other predatory insects but I’m having such a hard time finding them online! I live in Italy and most of my searches lead me to website in the US or UK and even the Netherlands but they obviously don’t ship here since the mites would die during such a long trajectory. Does anyone know of a site/company south of Europe that is reliable and sells good predatory mites?? Did I mess up planting cucumbers? I planted my cucumbers 2 weeks ago. I did 4-5 seeds in each spot about 4” apart according to the instructions on my seed packet but now I’m seeing and hearing people say theirs should be atleast a foot apart.
