  • Last of the peas today πŸ«›

I snipped them out just in time for my cucamelons to take off. I love when my kiddos eat fresh veg from the garden. Feels like a win πŸͺ .

  • How to make Venus Fly Trap thrive

When I was young, my mother was a professional gardener and used to take me to the shop for professional gardeners. I used to take succulents and carnivores, the succulents liked, but the carnivores ALWAYS died. Now I am trying my luck again with this beautiful venus flytrap, but while I know how to grow Tomatoes and general gardening, I literally have no clue what those carnivores really need from me. Is there a great beginner's guide you can recommend? What are your tips and tricks, where to place it how to water, feed(?) and fertilize it? Happy to get any help!

  • Pull it, spray it, or dig it all up and re-seed?

Not sure what it is. But it’s slowly spreading in a long straight line. Should I spray it, pull it, or cut out this section of grass and reseed it this fall?

  • Onion harvest

Ok, so apologies for the boasting, but i have to post a photo of my beautiful onion harvest. I didn't expect so many or such big ones because I had poor harvests in the last two years. But im not sure if this is the best way to cure them. For the future how should I cure them? Should I build some racks, build a marquee, lol, I'm a bit overwhelmed.
