  • Blue eyed grass accent plant

Cute little plant for an accent. Pot isn't ideal but I recently got some others so will move it when it's more seasonally appropriate

  • Help

I’m wondering how best to level this area. It started by cutting down a big tree then grinding the stump down a few years ago. Then recently I had another project that I rented a skid-steer for and I tried to flatten it a little more than it was, but it didn’t work. This may be a skill issue with the machine but I was wondering if y’all had any ideas on leveling it.

My next thought is to get some dirt and fill in the low areas, it won’t be level with the rest of the yard but will be smooth At least.

  • Thought it was a cute little house succulent

So I bought this cutie thinkingnitd help fill in the space in my pot where I once, unknowingly, grew the devil (MOT). Bit it seems it's an ice plant.

What should I do with it! I'm in the NW US with winter temps that sometimes dip below freezing.

    Does it go dormant? Thanks.

  • Tips on removing sod!

Hello! About to embark on the largest landscaping DIY project I have ever done. The wife wants the garden bed to extend further out and wrap around the side of the house to the fence line in the back. Roughly 5’ away from the house and 26’ long. I’m open to any tips or recommendations on the best way to tackle this! Thanks!

  • Everyone is sharing their beautiful cucumbers, then there’s my weirdos!

It’s okay, I love them anyway! This is my first year gardening at all. I’ve done house plants, but never outdoor stuff, so this is all new to me. These are #’s 2 and 3. #1 was actually perfect, and is currently in a jar (hopefully correctly) pickling with fresh dill. I’m in zone 6a, and it’s still incredibly hot and humid with little to no rain. But you live and you learn, right? Just wanted to share my little wonky cukes for a little chuckle :)

  • What kind of weed am I dealing with?

Currently in 6a, had some patio work done and the landscaping company put soil down and seeded the new area. Would like to know what this is before I toss something all over my newly grown grass. It’s also shown up in the mulch beds.
