• What type of flowers are these? (more info below)

Hello, this is an old photo from long ago of someone's grandma's flowers. I want to make a drawing out of it, and I would like to know what type of flower for each so I can look them up and get better images.

  • Bonsai Tool Recommendations

    Hey everyone!

My current beginner set of tools has seen better days, and I'd like to invest in a good mid-range set.

My budget is $200-300. I'm heavily considering Wazakura at the moment, but wanted to solicit the Reddit community for experiences with Wazakura or recommendations for other brands that are preferred.

Thanks in advance! Here's a dog tax for your time.

  • How would you go about this?

Bought this house last year. Previous owners neglected everything. There use to be a fence here, and a jacked up garden bed with all types of overgrown bushes and bullshit.

Got rid of the fence, and all the major plants early this year.

Now we have this to deal with. It’s just all weeds and miscellaneous stuff.

Would you till the **** out of it, scape it, and re-seed it?

Ultimately we’ll put a stone wall here (we live in CT) but until I gather enough rocks or we fork up the money I just want it to look better.

    Love to hear any thoughts.

  • Is this pea gravel? Will it look clean when it rains?

Sorry but I’m not home, someone brought a load a pea gravel over for me and this is the picture my s/o sent me. Does this look right? It’s super dirty and almost looks like crushed stone and not pea gravel. Is this going to be fine?

  • How do I get rid of mealy bugs

I was gifted this succulent arrangement and discovered it has a really bad mealy bug infestation. I am experienced with succulents, but have never dealt with mealy bugs before. This arrangement is luckily secluded from the rest of my plants. This is the only plant in the arrangement that is this bad. What is the best way to get rid of them and is this plant salvageable?
