  • First and only bloom from one of my favorite lilies.

Hail beat up most of the plant. There was three buds, and grasshoppers destroyed the other two.

  • Filling in my Pool

In the process of getting my pool filled in by a contractor, im a little worried about how its looking after it rains. He has assured me that after they grade it away from the house, add top soil & sod that everything will be fine and there will be proper drainage. Does this look like it will be a problem ?

  • Trying to figure out what kind of tree this is

This tree is growing in the back yard of a house I recently moved into in Sandy,OR. I don't think it was planted intentionally by the previous people living here because it is growing right up against some concrete stairs. I am worried that as it grows, the roots will start damaging the nearby stairs. Trying to figure out what kind of tree it is so that I can either try to dig it up to plant it somewhere else, or else cut it down and dig it out if it is invasive.

  • Increasing height of retaining wall

As the title suggests. I am looking to inscrease the height of my new retaining wall by 2 feet to make it four feet. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can't find anything online.

Do I need to ensure I scrape out all top soil above currently and replace with gravel? Or can I just put a geo fabric, new drainage, and more gravel behind to inscrease the height

  • Not bad for July in Wisconsin.

Our rates are much too high to water or irrigate, but I think it looks pretty good considering. Love that timemaster striping kit.
