• Orange dust on house plant. Any idea what it is? Have never seen this before.

Any idea what this is on my Philodendron Birkin plant? I noticed a mushroom last week and today there is all this orange dust on it.

I’ve been researching and can’t identify the issue or how to fix it. There is a new mushroom so maybe it’s a type of fungus?

It gets moderate indirect light and I water it 1x a week or every other week. I wait for the soil to dry out before watering.

  • Rain Garden - next steps?

Okay, we've laid the river rock, some silver springs boulders, and some Colorado skippers...it's feeling like A LOT of rocks. But maybe a larger boulder at the end to break up the line of sight? More skipper rocks? And definitely foliage...

    Thoughts and feedback appreciated!

  • What is going on with my transplanted basil

Transplanted about 3 weeks ago. Seeing clear spots and holes (as shown in image). They are outdoor in raised bed with a green house cover. Soil is starting to build moss (maybe too wet? + humid from greenhouse cover?)

I don’t see any active bugs and these raised bed are new this year- fresh soil and compost.

  • My first kokedama

Tying up the moss ball turned out to be more difficult than I thought but I still had a lot of fun making this and I can't stop looking at it. I get the kokedama hype.

  • Weeds? Central Texas Bermuda

Weed Man claims these aren’t weeds and that is simply how Bermuda seeds and there is no way to avoid them. We typically mow weekly but let it go a couple weeks while we waited for them to come out and reapply. Chatgpt says it’s crabgrass and should have been taken care of with the preemergent that Weed Man applied. Who’s right? Looks like sh** and trying to get rid of them.

  • Fiddle leaf roots

Is there any hope for this fiddle leaf? The roots are dark but not mushy...does this mean it's too far gone? Moving to a pot with better drainage
    Water weekly

  • Should I reseed?

Hello, I am a noobie in the lawn care world. I seeded for the first time 2weeks ago. Do you think I should reseed or just keep up with the watering? Grass seed is primarily a tall fescue blend with some kbg.
