Living with a really huge tree Sacramento CA. Got this gigantic coast live oak tree in my yard. I have a lot of trouble keeping the grass nice under the tree. Yard is mostly fescue and blue grass. Grass gets dried out and is there thin in patches in the shade of the tree. Area also has a fair amount of clumping fescue. How does one coexist with this tree. Maybe a different grass seed?
