Glorious Scottish summer - does anyone have any tips for keeping on top of your grass in this climate? This is something I struggle with every summer. A lot of the time we get continuous days of rain for weeks at a time. We’ve had rain every day for the past 2 weeks and this is the 10 day forecast. The problem is that whenever I try and keep on top of the grass length in this weather, I just end up clogging the mower and the grass can be choked by wet grass that escapes my attempts to clear up and ends up as thatch. The temp combined with the rain also means the grass can grow furiously during this time. Anyone have any tips on how to best handle it?
