What is this all about? Someone in my neighborhood's (Canada) front lawn looks like this... in the fall we noticed a huge tarp was set in place over their front lawn and was there all winter. This is what it looks like after they removed the tarp in the spring. What the hell was that for? We keep trying to come up with an explanation but we also think it's kind of funny how terrible it looks. 😅 any ideas what they are or were trying to achieve?
