First time home buyer. Hey everyone, Wanted to see if anyone can provide some advice. No idea what type of grass I have and looks like I am in zone 10b My question is: Could you tell me how to better take care of my lawn? I currently water twice a week for 30 minutes (one during the morning time on tuesdays, other one on Thursdays during the night) How often should I give fertilizer? And which one is best? Any other things I should be paying attention to? This black whole is from my neighbor and currently hasnt passed to my side but I want to prepare just in case. Thank you!
