Top soil over "dirty" soil
Hi all.
Based in the UK, South West area.
I have an area that had bush style grass growing of which I have enlarged the area. I plan to remove some of the existing soil and replace with top soil.
My question is, given there was grass (albeit wild grass) what depth of good top soil can I get away with?
There are loads of little stones, the largest being around 2x2 inch.
See photo of area.
TIA
