Why is my neighbors lawn better? We just moved into a new build house with new sod. Our neighbors used the same builder and same sod. I’ve been watering every other day while my neighbors have not watered at all. I just started to notice their lawn looks a lot greener and more lush than mine and I don’t know why. In the picture you cal see a clear line at our property line. I did put down milorganite fertilizer last week but I don’t see why that would cause an issue. Anyone have ideas?
