Can I go shorter? So before I ended up neck deep in grass information I was very wishy washy about my grass. Last summer I cut at 3.5” because I didn’t know or care, this year my wife said to make nice grass so I’ve learned it’s Bermuda. Beginning of season I “scalped” at a touch under 2” and I’ve been cutting it at 2” with my rotory ever since. I’ve now done a deep dive into Bermuda and would like to start cutting at 1 or 1.5 inches with a reel mower. Can I cut it to 1.5 inches right now and start cutting there? Recommendations?
