Timing Between Nitrogen Application and Herbicide New to Reddit new to how this all works but been in the lawn game for a while now. Needing some questions answered. Last week I just applied 28-0-0 at 6fl oz per 1000 square feet. And now I’m starting to have more and more weeds popping up in the back of my yard, especially gripe weed. I was considering putting out my post emergent/herbicide next weekend which would be two weeks since my nitrogen application. Curious if I need to wait longer in order to reduce burn on my Bermuda or making the soil to acidic. I feel like I haven’t put out enough lime in the past so that’s why I’m concerned especially with the temperatures rising here in South Carolina. Grass is Royal TDX Bermuda.
