I messed up and didn’t start watering until late in the season. I’m a new home owner and want to start taking my lawn care more serious. Is it too late in the season to dethatch right now? I live in Kansas and this is tall fescue. I was planning to rake out what I can and wait til the fall to do the electric dethatching. I bought a dethatching rake but am considering the electric sun joe. I also bought an aerator spike. I plan to weed and feed once the weather isn’t so rainy.
