Ivy is growing back after planting new grass. What do I do? Hi all I am a first time homeowner in southern Connecticut. We removed an entire side of Ivy from the lawn on the side of the house. It was probably growing for decades. Ripped up a bunch of vines for days and planted ryegrass. Grass looks great but now there’s a tremendous amount of ivy leaves coming up from underneath.
