NJ installed tall fescue last fall and now it’s brown and ugly I installed tall fescue that is supposed to be drought tolerant and spread through rhizomes. All winter it was green. This summer it turned brown. By contrast the grass farther down near the trampoline is green in summer but brown in winter. Having brown grass sucks. Such a waste of money on the fescue.
