• Large olive update

I got a hydraulic engine crane to move the sucker and I've decided on a front, showing off that gorgeous deadwood.

  • What is this plant?

Saw it outside a house. Loved the colors. Does anyone have this? What is it?

  • Little late for the first mow after seed. What do I do?

The problem was I seeded once, then seeded again a couple weeks later and didn’t want to disturb the new seed. So now seed#1 is really tall and seed #2 is just getting established. Can I mow this?

  • First season with this lawn.

Just moved in a couple months ago. Turf was over 3 inches and we'll taken care of. I immediately scalped, dethatched, aerated and overseeded. It definitely shocked it's system. I was fighting alot of yellow at first. However, spoon feeding every week has helped push growth and it's greening up well. I plan on leveling and overseeding again in the fall.

  • First Year Native Wildflowers

Finally got my native wildflower garden going. It’s crazy how little attention they need. Almost like they were supposed to be here

  • What’s growing with my avocado?

I didn’t think there was anything in this pot, may be a weed but might be something intentionally planted in it before. Any ideas?

  • When does my Spiderplant start growing babies?

I’ve had my spider plant for about 2 years now. I got given it as a tiny baby spider plant from one of my friends and have been looking after it since. I water it about every 10 days cause that’s what I was told and keep it in moderate sunlight most of the time (not right by the window as in the photo). I’ve also repotted it twice so it’s got space for its roots to grow.

I was wondering when it starts growing baby spider plants as I want to be able to give them to my friends as I think they will find them cool!

  • Shady tree (?) in eastern Kansas Zone 6b

Sorry this photo isn't very clear. It was getting dark, making a good photo challenging. I'm getting different results from various ID apps. This is growing on a somewhat rocky, sometimes dry, sometimes moist slope under shade canopy from black walnuts and Japanese honeysuckle.
