• ID this?

I think I got my seeds mixed up during sprouting. I thought these were going to be bell peppers, but it’s not looking like it!
    Does anyone recognize these?

  • Bean.

Just recently planted this bean seed into a teeny pot, not really expecting it to grow. To my surprise, it grew, very quickly. It was able to produce a little bean pod, but as the bean pod grew bigger the leaves all died and fell off, I made an assumption that the reason they fell off was because the plant was giving all its energy to create the pod, so I snipped it off. Now a few things are growing back. I water it around 2 times every week, and I leave it at this window 24/7. I'm not confident I'm taking care of this plant as it should be being taken care of, its so flimsy and awkward. Am I supposed to prune it? Do these plants die off easily?

  • Can I save it? What should I do?

I don't know what species this guy is, I got him from my uncle, who's a bit scatterbrained and can't tell us much about caring for it.

However I soon noticed some brown, crusted leaves, crunchy to the touch, so I figured the plant needed water. A few days passed and nothing was improving, so I put it outside to get some sun, as I thought maybe it wasn't getting enough in my window.

Sadly, blue jays attacked the poor thing, I rushed outside to save it, and ever since then, it's been declining further in health.

I don't know what to do, I know over watering is a concern, but the soil feels so dry, should I actually water it again, or are these signs of over watering?

And furthermore, should I put it somewhere to get direct sunlight, or keep it in the shade (indoors)?

Thank you for any help y'all can possibly provide, I would really like to save this poor dude, and I feel awful that it seems to have only been getting worse everytime I try to help it.

I'm not sure if it's the right subreddit, but I need an advice on how to remove it, so it doesn't come back, please.

  • My tree is dying or dead. Help!!

    Hi,

I planted this tree about a year ago when I bought my house. It was a special moment because I planted it with my family. It made it through the winter and was doing well all year. But last week, I added some fertilizer from the dollar store, the small rocks, and now it looks terrible. I really regret doing that because it was healthy before.

Since then, I’ve removed the fertilizer and watered it, but the leaves are still very brown, and I’m worried it might be too late. Is there anything else I can do to try to save it? Also, I’m not even sure what kind of tree it is—could you help me identify it?

I’d really appreciate any advice. The tree has sentimental value to me and my family, and I’d love to do what I can to bring it back.
