  • Podocarpus with White Blobs

I planted Podocarpus about six weeks ago here in southeast Florida near the beach. They looked great the first few weeks, but then I noticed white blobs or buildup on the leaves. Now it's spreading to most of them. They're outdoor plants, get full Florida sun for 8+ hours, and I water them every night with the sprinkler system.

I used Minero 2F Flex (imidacloprid) as a soil drench about two weeks ago — 1 oz per plant, watered in well. But the issue keeps getting worse.

Do I need to reapply it? Should I be using something like neem oil or horticultural spray too? Just want to save these plants before it gets out of hand.

  • Should I be concerned?

My pineapple mint has one branch growing down and away from sunlight. Is this normal? Is my jar too small? I know the jar doesn't have drainage so I only add water to the bottom when it looks a little dry.

  • Long leaves and shrivelling baby leaves

Hi, not sure if there are any issues w the plant. The bottom leaves are quite long and some of the new leaves either shrivels or they break off super easily.

  • How do i keep browns spots from appearing on my monstera albo?

These brown spots were there when i bought this plant, but now a new leaf is appearing and there's already a tiny brown spot on it. i know albo's are known to be sensitive, but is there a way to minimize it?

I use a moisture meter to make sure it doesnt dry out or get overwatered. after i water i let it drain before putting it back in the larger pot. Plant also has a humidifier nearby 24/7.

Gets plenty of sunlight in SW facing window, and added plant light on shady days.

  • Help with droopy alocasia

I bought this Alocasia Velvet Antoro last week Saturday. On Monday I bottom watered her once. She is placed on a west-north-west facing window. 2 days ago she started looking this droopy, so I put her away from the direct light but she did not recover yet. I inspected the roots, they look perfectly fine.
Any idea what the issue might be and how I can her back to thriving?
