Hour long soaking complete.
It looks so pretty after a soaking. Should I be doing it more than once a week?

Tillandsia novakii with one of our growers
A caulescent species with a stem to over two feet long with very stiff, thick, spreading, almost succulent, red leaves. The inflorescence consists of a rose-red scape with 3 to 6 narrow, silvery branches, the whole extending over a foot. Native to Veracruz, Mexico where it grows as an epiphyte in small trees under semi-arid conditions. Easy to cultivate.

Got this delivered today and it's already blooming.
I am new to airplants and only have 4 and this is my first time seeing a bloom. I have a question. How long do these blooms last?
I like drying and collecting flowers so I want to know how long should I keep it intact before deadheading?
Another question is this yellow colour natural? The website said that it is but I just wanted to make sure that they exist in yellow colour and this is not artificial colouring

Brand new Air plant mom
From my very very BRIEF research I should soak this guy in distilled water once a week for 30 min then let him dry out for about 2-3 hours or until completely dry. And let him have lots of filtered light. I tried to type him and I believe he is a Tillandsia Caput (he was unlabeled). Am I missing anything for his care and is that the right typing in your opinion?

Is this a pup?
I received this air plant as is. Is the one on the left side a pup? If yes would it be safe to separate it?
