  • Edible White Flower and Hot Pink Plant?

Not sure if this is the correct subreddit to ask this. If not, please tell me where to post it.

I want to recreate this dish from an anime called Space Dandy. Admittedly, this is an alien dish but I was wondering if there were any edible plants that look like the small white star-shaped flower in the bottom and the hot pink colored thing with orange insides in front of the chasu pork slices.

My best match for the white flower are Jasmine sambac and white violets. Neither look the same though.

As for the hot pink thing, I'm thinking red cabbage or maybe a clover flower?

  • Recently took care of a thrips infection, now my monstera pushes out this leave with marks… is it connected?

Just a few weeks ago, I was treating this plant with neem bc it was infected with thrips. It seems to be doing much better now, no more yellowing leaves. Plus it’s very busy growing new leaves (with those holes in them! Yay!) But the latest leaves has these little brown spots on them… is it maybe connected to the recent thrips escapade?
I just wanna make sure it’s gonna be fine in the future it’s currently unfurling 3 new leaves, so it looks mostly fine, right?

I water it whenever the top soil is fully dry (which happens rather fast bc it’s really really warm here atm) and it gets lots of indirect sunlight. Sometimes the sun does hit it straight on, but thats never more than 1-2h a day and it never seemed to have any problems with it. In fact, it always seemed really sad when I removed it from this spot

  • Pothos growing out of my Aquarium

Also some lucky bamboo, but I trimmed them recently. I love when the sun from an overhead window hits the leaves and the tank.

  • Idk what plant this is, but it looks kinda sad? Help

So I was gifted this plant recently. When I got it, all leaves were fully green and the „bloom“ was radiant purple. Now it looks like it’s almost out of bloom and the leaves tend to turn red at the end. I don’t know what plant this is, so idk if it’s normal, I don care for it properly, or it is just time to cut it down. It doesn’t look like typical sun damage to me? I just don’t know what to do with this one, it looks so sad…

It usually sits out on my balcony, but whenever the sun gets too intense, I take it inside. I usually water it whenever the top soil is dry, as I do with most of my plants.

  • My bird of paradise is dying… Help needed

So one month ago I bought a wonderful Bird of Paradise plant that was in great condition albeit growing more horizontally than vertically, making it take up a lot of space. Now under my care I see it is doing really badly - leaves are tearing or rolling up. I am watering it with about a liter of water once a week and have it facing the southeast side with plenty of light. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be highly appreciated!!

  • My Hobbit Jade spawned its own Gollum

It’s attached to its own branch, a total mutant. I’m going to try and get it in its own pot soon, or should I leave it attached to its big brother?
