Birds Nest Fern - Pests? New growth on my Birds Nest fern has white build up on it. I have been treating for pests with Neem Oil spray weekly and added cinnamon as well (which I think is the cause of the browning leaf damage?). I am trying to determine what exactly is on this leaf and how to properly treat it. The pot has drainage and watering approximately once a week, fertilizing monthly, next to a south facing window with a grow light as well.
