What is wrong and how do I fix it? We moved in during the winter so hadn’t really had the chance to notice this up close. I don’t know what type of plant/tree it is but it’s clearly diseased. How do I fix it? Is it fixable? We’ve had a lot of rain lately but it was like this before we moved in. It gets about 16h of sunlight since it’s outdoors and it’s summertime.
