Please assure that this is white mildew on my new Robellini Palm? As some results are suggesting these are mealy bugs. A lot of leaves are brown and drooping. Also how do I treat mildew? Is Neem oil from home depot my best bet? I watered it in the evening and I think that might have caused it. It gets full sun. Thanks!
