Oh, THIS is what they mean when they say peas are sweet. This is my first year successfully growing peas (long story), and these are Green Arrow. It's getting warmer, but a lot of the pods are just setting, and I'm a little concerned. These are the oldest, and although I probably could have let them set another day or so, 2 squirrels were trying to sniff around yesterday. I believe I am ruined for canned and frozen peas now, and am debating when to plant a for a late fall pea harvest. So delicious!!
