Sump pump drainage I had a new sump pump installed and is emptied into my garden, down a slope (in blue) During heavy rain, this flows through the garden and into my lawn making it a soggy mess. I dug this trench where the water normally flows and I don't want to sig any further since my neighbors lawn isn't that far away.
