Garlic harvest! 🧄 Only a small harvest but as a first time grower I’m very happy. I have already used a bunch to make a jar of confit garlic, given some bulbs to friends and family, and still have this lot remaining so not bad at all! Question for you more experienced gardeners. Is there any benefit to growing soft neck varieties? I found hard neck looked better when growing, was able to withstand the strong winds we had for a few weeks, and produced bigger bulbs.
