Draining issues for pavers vs. sod? So we are renting this house and have these super messy flagstone pavers that don’t really make any sense in this location and are all coming up. I offered to take them up and put down sod, but my landlord said there was a history of a “draining problem” on that side of the yard so he doesn’t want me to move them. They’re honestly a tripping hazard and I’m confused how pavers over sand that aren’t even in place correctly could prevent draining any better than sod. Am I crazy to want to push back on him?
