Help, my snake plant has become wobbly!

I’ve had this snake plant for about 5 years now. About 2 years ago, I repotted it into a bigger pot. It was doing well and growing new leaves but then about a year ago, some of the leaves started curling and leaning over. When I would touch them, it felt like I could easily pull them out.

About 2 months ago, I decided to report it into a slightly smaller pot and added some support thinking that would do the trick. I also went from watering it 1x a week to once every 2 weeks. But the leaves still feel like I could pull them out. I know I have a gnat problem which I’m working on and will be watering the plants with a hydrogen/water mix solution to help with that. I think the culprit is that I might be watering it too much but would it be fine to water it every 3 weeks? It sits next to the window but only gets indirect sunlight and in the winter I use a plant light. I don’t know what else to do.
