Hibiscus - white spots. Looks like a few very small bugs on a bud too. Too small to describe. FL This was originally rescued from the side of the road having been dug out of someone’s yard. I had it in a kids wading pool for a year. Recently planted in ground. Watering: Rained a lot these last 3 days. Direct sunlight all day.
